One-Month-Learner Transformation (OMoLeT) Process (Available Soon)

The One-Month-Learner-Transformation (OMoLeT) process takes you from being a student who goes to school to learn what you are told to learn to become a 'real' learner who uses school as an environment full of opportunities to become the best holistic learner you can be. With about ten minutes reading a day about strategies for turning school into a place that develops your superpowers, this process changes the way you approach school and helps you not only get the most out of school, but get the most out of life.
One-Month-Idea Transformation (OMIT) Process (Available Soon)

The One-Month-Idea-Transformation (OMIT) process takes you from generating and choosing an idea to creating a minimum viable 'product' (the smallest product, event or service that is of value to others). With about ten minutes reading a day and twenty minutes of action, this process takes learners through the first stages of entrepreneurship as well as developing the habits of someone who gets things done.
DRL Community Catalyst Process (Available Soon)

This process lasting between four to six weeks allows the community member to explore the opportunities for action in their school community with respect to transforming education towards developing holistic learners. Like a leadership course, this process helps the participant to understand themselves and others better in the context of bringing about positive change in their community. Unlike leadership courses, this process is for all and will allow even those who do not identify as leaders to take positive action.
DRL Community Coach Process (Available Soon)

This process is a certifiable course which takes the participant through the training to become a local on in-house adviser/coach for their community or for more than one community. The process helps individuals understand the fundamental principals behind DRL and Learner-development-centred approaches to education as well as the fundamentals of coaching.
DRL Connector Process (Available Soon)

The DRL Connector Process enables members of emerging learning communities to investigate how people in their community collaborate with each other and how collaboration may be improved. The process looks at strategies to improve collaboration by getting the best out of oneself and others and includes a section on collaborating with outside individuals and organisations such as schools and colleges.
DRL Communicator Process (Available Soon)

The DRL Communicator Process enables community members to investigate how communication works in their community and develop ways to improve communication at all levels and by all means. Clear, sensitive, appropriate communication is a must for any emerging learning community and so expertise in this area is of great value. Participants may be from all parts of the community.
